Terms and Conditions – 288wn Pakistan Online Gaming Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 288wn ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 288wn website, mobile application, and all associated services available at 288wn.app.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of 288wn, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 288wn platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 288wn.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continuing to use 288wn after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active players of material changes via email or in-platform notification where possible.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 288wn account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288wn does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed with deposits returned and winnings voided.
• You must be physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and when placing bets or playing games.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and scripted accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be employed by 288wn, or be a close family member of someone who is, in a role that involves access to operational systems, odds-setting, or risk management.
• You must not be a person to whom gaming is restricted by any applicable court order or self-exclusion agreement currently in force.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Any deliberate misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account closure.

288wn reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 288wn account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 288wn reserves the right to close all but one, void bonuses across all accounts, and recover any profits generated from bonus abuse across the accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 288wn account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 288wn support immediately. 288wn cannot be held responsible for losses arising from you sharing your login details or failing to secure your device.

3.3 Account Verification

288wn operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard platform compliance requirements. You may be asked to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any point. Common verification requests include a copy of your CNIC, a recent bank statement or mobile wallet transaction record, and a selfie with your ID. Withdrawals above certain thresholds will always require completed verification.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. Your registered mobile number is used for OTP-based transaction verification — if your number changes, update it in account settings promptly. Providing false information, including a false name or date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant by 288wn. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200, deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. Players will be notified by email or SMS before dormancy fees begin.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

288wn currently supports the following Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Full details on processing times and limits are available on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on 288wn are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. Your balance is always displayed in PKR and paid out in PKR.

4.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players may set personal deposit limits in account settings as a responsible gaming tool — once set, limits can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 10–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers settle same business day for requests submitted before 3pm PKT. Card withdrawals follow bank processing timelines of 1–3 business days. 288wn does not charge fees on withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification Requirements

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit or that match the account holder's verified identity. 288wn reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. A withdrawal request will not be processed if there are any open bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance — the bonus must be completed or forfeited first.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

288wn offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount, percentage match, and minimum deposit requirement are displayed on the registration and deposit pages and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at 288wn are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. As a general rule:

• Sports betting wagers count 100% toward wagering requirements, provided the odds on each selection are 1.50 or higher.
• Slot games count 100% toward casino bonus wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) typically count at a reduced rate — usually 10–20% — check specific promotion terms.
• Crash games count at 50% unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from your account. Wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date — partial completion does not entitle you to a proportional cash equivalent.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

288wn reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools, or placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine recreational play.

5.5 General Promotion Rules

All promotions at 288wn are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. 288wn employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for any bonus offers.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 288wn are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip carefully before confirming — incorrect selections, stakes, or market choices cannot be reversed after confirmation. The minimum bet is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account tier.

6.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in decimal format on 288wn. All odds are subject to change until your bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you view them and the time you confirm your bet, the system will either offer you the revised odds or reject the bet and return your stake — you will not be settled at odds different from those displayed at confirmation without notification.

6.3 Abandoned, Postponed, and Cancelled Events

If a sports event is abandoned before a result can be determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets may stand — specific rules are detailed in the sports-specific betting rules section accessible from the sportsbook interface. For cricket, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are accepted as official for settlement purposes.

6.4 Obvious Errors

288wn reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that were published due to a technical error at a price so far from the true market value that no reasonable person would expect them to stand. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. This right is exercised only where the error is manifest and not in cases of ordinary market movement.

6.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets at 288wn are available on selected events. Bets accepted during play are settled on the official result. There may be brief delays in live odds updates due to data feed latency — 288wn cannot be held responsible for bets placed during a feed delay that produces outcomes unexpected by the Player.

7. Casino & Games

All casino games at 288wn — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer titles, real physical equipment operated in regulated studios. Game outcomes are random and independent; no strategy guarantees a win.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game providers and are available from the game information panel within each title. These percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee the same return over any individual session.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 288wn's system will attempt to complete the round as it was in progress. If the round cannot be completed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. 288wn cannot be held responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288wn and will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any technology to place bets or interact with the platform other than through the standard interface provided
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or obvious pricing errors for profit
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Using 288wn for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using another person's payment method without their knowledge and explicit consent
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Placing bets on events where you have access to non-public information that would give you an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity related to sporting events
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 288wn staff or other players in any form

288wn cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Any suspected criminal activity identified through platform monitoring will be reported immediately.

9. Responsible Gaming

288wn takes its responsibility to players' wellbeing seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide the following tools to all players to help them stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Limit the amount you can lose in a given time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from 288wn. This cannot be reversed.

Key points: We collect the information you provide during registration and verification, your transaction history, and your betting and gaming activity on the platform. We use this information to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share it only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by 288wn

288wn reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reason to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; verification documents provided are fraudulent; the account holder is under 18; or the account poses a risk to platform integrity or other players.

11.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon suspension, access to the platform will be removed. Pending bets that were placed in good faith before suspension may be settled and the resulting balance held pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 288wn may void all bets, forfeit balances, and recover any promotional funds claimed.

11.3 Closure by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 288wn support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after final checks, provided there are no outstanding disputes or unfulfilled verification requirements.

11.4 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting support at support@288wn.app. 288wn will review appeals within five business days and communicate our decision in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

288wn provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Interruptions or delays in service caused by factors outside our control, including telecommunications failures or internet outages
• Errors or delays in data feeds from third-party sports data providers
• Player decisions based on their own interpretation of odds, statistics, or game outcomes
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials
• Normal house edge in casino games and sports betting markets

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of 288wn is limited to the amount of real-money deposits you have made to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud or wilful misconduct by 288wn.

13. Changes to Terms

288wn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 288wn after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
